Ok, there's a movie a saw part of in Italian, so know I want to find it in English, but I don't know what it's called. There are two groups, one with three young boys, one with a young girl and two young boys. They both have run away into a forest for some reason. They start fighting. The group with the girl captures a boy from another group and starts beating him up for information. But then the kid that's being beat up starts having a diabetes attack. Then the group works together to find his shots. Then something happens with a grenade... and that's all I saw. Please help!
