After the water psi doubled, now the toilet hisses after the toilet is filled. I ajusted the level in the tank, did nothing. After the psi double at the road the main broke 3 times.

What I mean by psi doubled is the water preasure doubled. I don't know what the preasrue is but it is stronger through the fausets. Now I get the hissing sound from the toilet after it fills.
