Wife and husband living together but nolonger in relationship ,he's seeing other people and she has apartner, things are getting abusive now, and there is a child in the house can she make her husband leave .

Have you filed for divorce? What state is this? Also if he is the owner of the house also you are going to need a lawyer to get through this.
You can't kick him out of a home he owns but there may be some legal ways to do it if life is becoming impossible.
