My baby has no heartbeat at 7 weeks
I'm am 7.5 weeks pregnant but my baby has no heartbeat I just had a u/s yesterday and it showed no hearbeat, my hcg levels continue to drop but I have had no signs of going to miscarry... no cramping no bleeding... I am still having all of my symptoms... I am devastated... this would have been my first baby at age 28 and I have... this hurts oh so bad I don't think these tears will ever stop... I go to sleep crying, I wake up crying... I don't know what to do... I don't even want to leave my house... my love is being extremely supportive of this but its just so hard... anyhow all I am wondering why have I not passed the baby

I am so sorry you are experiencing this. Unfortunately a complete miscarriage may not always happen right away. Did your doctor give you any information about what to expect? They will give your body some time to see if the miscarriage will occur on its own, but if not, you will possibly have a D and C. How long your doctor will wait can vary; possibly a week or two. Speak to your doctor to find out what to expect and how things would be handled.
Again, I am very sorry for your loss...

Sorry as well for your loss... and yes a complete miscarriage doesn't always happen right away... and sometimes a D&C is necessary... either the baby will pass by itself or they will do the D&C..
