How much notice do I need to give my fiancé before kicking him out?
We live with my brother in Texas. I want to know legally how much time I have to give him when I kick him out. And how I go about doing it. And what do I do if he won't leave after that time?

Is this a rental or a home that is owned? In any case who is one the paperwork showing ownersip/rental/lease?

Then you have no rights to kick anyone out. That would be his responsibility. That is the only legal way to do it.

Is there a verbal rental agreement of some kind he's not holding up to? Hes going to need some reason. From the start he can just ask him to leave. If that doesn't work then it escalates into the legal world. 3 day notice to quit etc all the way to eviction if needed. At that point a sheriff or police throw him out.

No verbal agreement for anything, me and him are breaking up and he doesn't want to leave.

Its not about his "wants" its about his "have to's". And if there is no relationship and your brother is going to kick him out. He better start looking now.
