I want to make a wall lighting panel with 20-30 light bulbs on it. (kind of like a dressing room mirror). How would I go about wire this to one plug?

First you need to tell us what size bulb you will be using and how many. That will determine the wire size and type. Most likely you would use 14AWG TWHN and parallel wire the lights. Get us the basics and we can go from there.
