My exhusband who married and used me for citizenship married his former wife and gave her citizenship is there anything I can do about this. He might not have been divorced and gave me foney papers

An agent can assist you. My question to you is, how is it that he may be divorced? From you? Why would you say that? Do you not have papers concerning the divorce? If you and he are not divorced and he married this other woman, he is also a bigamist. Also, what are the phoney papers you refer to?

My exhusband divorced His wife then married me for citizenship . He mistreated me and I divorced him then he married his exwife to give her citizenship. He abused two years after I gave him his papers. Before we got married he show me his divorce papers from his exwife and said that his attorney in New York did the divorce and he did not have to show up. I was thinking now that maybe his divorce papers were fraud, but can't prove it. He was not a legal citizen when he got a divorce from his exwife.
What bothers me is that he divorced his exwife to get married to an american girl to get citizenship and then go back and marry his exwife to give her citizenship. Is there anything that I can do about this. I got a permanent restraining order against him because of the mistreatment.

Ok. I will call them and tell them. Another thing happened , I called them in regards to his daughter still in USA. She is under a different name other than her maiden name and she is not married. She is working . They said I have to have an address or they can't investigate.

True, they need more to go than a name.
