Let me ask you a few questions.

1. What are your respective ages?
2. How long did you date?
3. How serious was your relationship? (were you living together, engaged, married, etc.)
4. What prompted her leaving you? (was there an argument, what were the issues in your relationship)
5. What were her words to you when she left?
6. Why, after she left, do you continue to pursue her? Have you ever thought that she might relate your efforts to stalking her?

Breakups suck, there's no doubt about it.

The hurt does ease and it will get better,give yourself some time and distance and you will get some perspective.

I suggest no contact,that includes asking about her,Facebook,text etc.

You have to get past this... start finding things to do to occupy your time.. you said it yourself that she hates you... so start going out with your friends.. pick up some hobbies and for goodness sake get some rest... these things will pass.. its always the hardest in the beginning and as time passes you will see it will get better

I get the hurt feelings, but its clear what she wants, and its for you to forget about love, and romance with her.
