I requested a copy of my new lease (switched apts mid lease) to get mailbox keys Nov/09 and I never received one. Luckily the post office gave me the cluster box key with out it. But now I am moving out and my landlord is claiming 60 NTV as per my previous lease in the previous apt. I understand the terms and conditions but again I requested the lease now 2 times and she has not responded. The most recent request was 7/23/10. The "new" lease I never signed nor saw and expecting a new one, I have irresponsibly lost it or shredded it.

What can I do legally?
