Bigger HDD, more RAM

A HDD replacement is quite straight forward and covered all over the 'net.
As for RAM increase, I don't think that's possible or even needed.

MY PS3 doesn't want to play more then 4 mods. When I want to play with 5 mods it crashes after a couple of moments.

Well STOP modding it then, simples really.
