I've been struggling with meth for 12 years and I want to stop but how...
I've wanted to quit using meth for a while now, but every time I stop using after a few days I have a hard time at work and all I want to do is sleep. I can remember being clean for a couple weeks and I slept at least 14 hours every single night. I was still so tired by the end of the 2nd week and I had to fight everyday to stay awake at work. I got so fed up with being exhausted that I went back and used. I was starting to lack in my work plus I was tired constantly and I just got fed up.

You seem to be trying to do this alone.Do you really think, after all the times you have tried to quit that you can do this alone?

There are too many others out there that can help you through this addiction.

Narcotics Anonymous is just one of them.

Meetings are there if you have the desire to quit.It isn't a must.Only the desire to stop the using is necessary to go to meetings.

Look in your local papers for meetings listed in your area.In the phone book under NA meetings.Online at Narcotics Anonymous.com

Narcotics Anonymous is an excellent choice as noted by KBC. Here is their website which will allow you to find a meeting by entering your area code:

    Good luck.
