    Help Identifying artist.
    Hi there, I need help identifying a painting that has the sinature Newton with a T that steaches the name. You can see pics at the links below.

    1. have you googled the artist name? e.g. using frases such as: Painter + newton...

    2. Do you know how old the painting is?

    3. Do you know where it is from?

    Because at the back of the painting you can clearly see the name of the company that framed the painting, Jordan Marsh Company, but of course if this painting was framed in the late 1800s or in the earrly 1900s it will most likely not exsist anymore.

    But if you know where the picture came from or what city it was framed in you might be able to find out something in that places history... of course if its from a BIG city that will be hard.

    But than again if you know its geographical origin you might be able to find an art dealer or someone else who has a knowledge of art in that area!
