I saw this movie on TV when I was a kid. I remember there was a detective investigating murders, and the last scene was a hand hid in the park bench, the dog finds it and then the detective follows the dog with the hand and catches a young girl chopping up the dog with a sword( I think it was a sword). The last scene always stuck in my head (probably for 30+ years). I hope someone can answer this!
