When I drive I use the ac but when I stop and the ac is on my car stalls if am parked I turn on the ac and the car stalls

Sounds like you need to have the A/C idle up valve checked. It's called a vacuum switching valve. Or your compressor may be locked up.
Will it cool when you keep the gas pedal pressed a bit?
