    Foreclosure In Idaho
I have a house in Boise that I'm probably going to lose. The problem is, some friends are staying in it right now looking after it for us. They're not renters, they're just house-sitters. What I need to know is, once I can't make payments any more, about how long does it take for the bank to actually take possession of the property, and hence how much wiggle time do they have to make other living arrangements?

I realize this may be a bit like asking "how long is a piece of string?" But an average time span would be helpful.

I would say wiggle room of six months.
