How do I get rid of a Google redirect virus?
    THe title explains it all.

    Rick

P.S. Kaspersky, Ad-Aware or Malware Bytes don't pick it up. It's annoying

Not sure what your normal virus protection is but I always recommend Avast. They have 2 versions and one is free. It has worked very well for me.

Not likely a virus. Likely a malware thing.
Take your pick of adaware, spybot, or super antispyware. All are free and do a great job.
If all of those fail, try ComboFix.
If that still doesn't work, try checking your TCP/IP settings.

Oh sorry didn't see the last line of your question, thought it was part of your signature.
Try ComboFix. And double check your TCP/IP settings. I've seen malware that changes your DNS settings then the program deletes itself.
    Control Panel>Network & Internet>Network Connections
Right click on the adapter you are using and select properties
Check the properties of both TCP/IPv6 & TCP/IPv4

Yes, this is malware , not virus. I suggest to remove it by yourself try this Removal Guide
