    Hi lollylegs_leslie
First of all, when is the last time you had a medical? You should rule out whether your body is low on iron, or whether you have low blood pressure. These are things that can make you feel tired all the time.

If you are a junior member, I am assuming you are a teen or a pre-teen. I am no doctor, but I do recall a medical study that indicated that teens need far more than 8 hours of sleep. Also teenagers function better when they sleep late in the mornings and are ready to focus in the early afternoon. Of course, our society is organized exactly the opposite. School starts super early (earlier than when I went to school), and so it's little wonder that a lot of teens feel like zombies that first hour at school. Most teens learn to adjust, but not all.

There's not much you can do about it -- eventually you'll grow out of it. If possible, try to get more than 8 hrs of sleep, and ask your parents to let you sleep late on the weekends.

    lJ.

It could be a number of reasons
A change in your sleep cycle
    The weather maybe
    Change in mood

Are you falling asleep at a later time?
    Have your eating habits changed?
    Have your exercise habits changed?
