Here's a hail mary... This has been driving me insane for years... My brother and I very vaguely remember a movie from the 80s about a boy and an alien that we called the "green goblin" movie when we were kids back then (probably around 7 and 10 yrs old). We really do not remember anything about he movie other than it being somewhat scary and maybe having a scene where the alien (or monster?? ) is in a closet interacting with the boy somehow. There is a green light coming from the closet... Maybe in a harmful way? We really don't know.

This is not E.T. or any other semi popular movie, as I've been looking everywhere online and have not yet found it.

Also, this may or may not be a canadian movie... about 10 yrs ago I saw a trailer for it on a VHS tape of The Peanut Butter Solution, which is canadian, but I can't remember then name of the movie for the life of me.

Like I said, this is a super long shot, but if anyone knows what I'm talking about please help!!

Glad you found it! I called the kids today to see if they remembered it. :D
