Contactors not kicking in,blower motor runs recently charged

Do you have 24 volts to the coil of the contactor?

Indoor blower motor runs tells me thermostat works if set for cooling. No high or low voltage to outdoor unit is the probable problem. Broken thermostat wire, possibly at the furnace, if blower motor was just change it is possible the service tech didn't get the condenser control wires connected to the terminals in the furnace well enough. Did you check your breaker?
