    Judgement
Is there any alternative to a judgement? Once a creditor gets a judegment are they entitled to take income tax returns, sales from your home prior to the mortgagee and realtor being paid, garnish wages? How do you have a judgement removed and stop the creditor from renewing every so often?

Pay the bill. They will garnish wages, or attach bank account. Income tax is hard for them to do.

As for renew the judgment states vary on that rule.

Call the creditor and pay the bill work it out with them.

The only way to get a valid (where the debt was valid) judgement removed is to pay the debt.

Generally an unsecured creditor will not be able to attach or place a lien on a priimary residence. Nor will they be able to garnish tax refunds. But they can garnish salaries or cash accounts.
