Question about pharmacy school, please I need advice
I live in Georgia and there are only 3 pharm schools, one which I've ruled out because it's a 3 yr program and its tedious, besides 70% of the students they accept have a bachelors and I don't.
The other one is a private school, it's more convenient because it's very close to where I live and I don't have to pay for transportation and housing.
The other is a public school. My parents are not very well off and I've been thinking of student loans.
I don't want to go very far from Georgia, are there any good schools around Georgia that I can attend?
I'm just at my wits end on what to do and I need advice. Thanks

Have you verified the entrance requirements for the Pharm schools? Some are very strict.

I have looked at the requirements for the Georgia schools and one in New York. I'm still contemplating whether to go out of state. The private school accepts easily, so I guess I could go there if I get a student loan.

I'm in NY - which Pharm school?

(My late husband was a Doctor of Pharmacy, sometimes taught.)

I think Rutgers has a 6 year program, graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree - ?

No question, outstanding school although expensive.

I would be ASTONISHED if the PCAT is not required.
