Hi, I am 4 months pregnant now and I am going to have my ultrasound on Friday morning... im excited but also a bit scared becoz I don't know if everything will be perfectly normal... my belly is big now,no pain and bleeding... My question is,what could be the possibly signs of unhealty pregnancy or unhealty fetus?

Congrats! Ultrasounds are exciting... :) They will look at baby's heartrate, placement of organs, and do some measuring of baby to be sure development is occurring as it should.
