If your purpose is to obtain sales then list the item discussed that was of most interest to the prospect and add to this with a positive comment about how this can solve his/her need/s.

And as Ben has said, thank them for their time and attention. Mention that you are looking forward to further discussions and/or meetings. And I would set a definite time and date for the phase of this to happen.
