Hello... My almost 7 month old daughter just doesn't want to eat anythng.
.I m having terrible time... she is allergic to cerelac and banana... I give her moong dal, apple stew.. sometimes add carrot to dal.. hav tried suji kheer too but after a tiny spoon or 2 she shuts her mouth so tight :( She has been on my feed exclusively... in past a week even her feeds have gone low I guess... cerelac reacted to her when she was 5 months... tummy was upset for a about 20 days or so then... now her cold and cough is improving... somebody *** helppppppppppp

A few ideas if they are available where you live (all will be mashed smooth or pureed since she has been breastfeeding and you'll want to see how she does with just small amounts):

    Mashed avocado
    Peas
    Pears
    Sweet potato
Chicken (if you are offering meat)
    Yogurt
    Rice
    Rice or oat cereal

Always offer the breastmilk first at a meal as this will still be the main source of nutrition for her for awhile yet. The foods are simply to introduce her to new textures and tastes so several small spoonfuls are fine to start with. Introduce just one food at a time. Try it for a few days before introducing another one. Gradually she will start to take more foods and less milk.

If she has recently been ill with a cold and cough, that could be a reason why she hasn't been eating/drinking quite as much.

You may also want to check with her pediatrician as they can provide helpful insight on things that may better suit her tummy and not make it so upset.. I have found that if you mix something sweet in with the food they will take them better... like applesauce or pears
