I am working on one mini project. We need to supply a system to our client. This system comprises different items from almost 15 suppliers. The client terms of payments are 10% with order, 80% after shipment and 10% after acceptance against performance. However, as said above the various suppliers for this system has various payments terms ( e.g.. Some where 100% advance, some where 30% advance and rest on shipment, or somewhere we get credit of say 30 days to 60 days.. etc.. ) Now, in order to foresee how as a contractor side, I can ensure proper cash flow.. OR lets say, is there any method or standard method, or any spread **** that can give me complete picture of cash inflow and outflow for this project at any desired instance/month?

What you've described is a classic application for any standard spreadsheet program. Is there something different about your project that makes a typical spreadsheet a less-than-ideal choice of weapon?
