I have a 17 1/2 yr old who constantly is fighting with his father. Some of the fights have been physical. His father has custody of him and I have visitation. The last altercation his father dropped him off at the police station. A police officer called me to come get him. Now my son does not want to go back to his father's home. Can I go to jail if I keep him in my home? By the time I request a change in the custody order he will be almost 18yrs old.
