I do not see any water in the drip trays at the back of the refrigerator. I am wondering if that hose is blocked? It appears inside that the water is dripping from the freezer area into a tube but the water is dripping out onto the floor.

Yes, tube is blocked. At home center or hardware store, in area where rope and chain are stocked, purchase some small stranded vinyl covered cable to clear. Purchase enough to reach from tube opening to evaporation pan. This cable is flexible enough to follow tubing and stiff enough to push down.
I assume one can remove the tube from the back of the fridge - :-) green at all this stuff! - lol
Maybe, but the end of tube at the drain hole is probably not accessible with out removing panel. It also maybe sealed to drain hole. Cable mention is best bet. Probably cost about .35 a foot, making total cost about $2. If ice is formed in drain hole turn refrigerator off and wait for ice to melt or user hair dryer to melt.
