    Miranda
    Legal separation
Do you have to go through an attorney to file for a legal separation in Indiana? I cannot find any information on this. A lawyer wants to charge $750.00 for this.

If you know how to file the separation you can do it yourself. NO attorney is need to file papers with the court

There are services and such you can go through to help you with the paperwork, or do it for you that isn't as expensive as an attorney.

I found this Legal Separation Agreement Kit for $17.
