I currently and have always done pricing by how long it takes... and doing so I have never had a problem. Until now. They are wanting a price per sq. ft. I am totally lost. Anyone have any idea? Thanks

If you are familiar with pricing by the hour then do that to arrive at a monthly price. Just be sure that you are including ALL your overhead costs and profit. Take that price and divide it by the total CLEANABLE square footage. That will give you your sq ft price.
