We have campsites for RV's and we have a site that has low voltage (85 - 95 volts). Each site has a meter that belongs to us not the power company. Through the process of elimination we think the meter is the problem. We replaced the meter but still had the problem. We bypassed the meter and the voltage goes up to 115 - 118 volts. Any ideas??

With all hooked up and under load, I would measure Line side, then Load side of meter socket.

Meter socket itself or connections.
