My sons ex girlfriend let her green card expire almost 4 yrs ago, she has a ss and driver license. Can she get deported for not having a green card? They have a son together but this woman is mental and abusive physically and verbaly. Is there anyway to get her deported and be able to keep his son in u.s.. He is am white . Thankis for any help

The PR card expires, not her permanent residence. If she has criminal convictions, she may not be able to get her PR card renewed. Good luck.
