f350 diesel bucked then shut off; what could be wrong
01) 7.3 diesel won't start; 122k miles on it; Was running fine started bucking and stalled I got it refired after about a minute. Ran a few miles and bucked lightly and shut off for good. It seems not to be getting fuel to the engine.It has fuel to the filter but doesn't seem to be going through the injectors. It runs on ether when sprayed in to the breather. I don't think the injector pump is bad. Maybe the cam positioning sensor. Does the batterys have to be disconected to reset the cam positioning sensor? Is there a reset switch on this truck? Is there an inertia switch on this truck?
