Okay, so I was a tad stupid and got my first cartilage piercing 1 week ago, then decided to get the one right underneath it done 2 days later, even though I know it would increase change of infection, anyway it was fine, I was cleaning them twice a day, and they were painless, and going well. But last night my friend like grabbed my head and really knocked them, but the bottom one more than the top, it really hurt more than usual when you knock them, and it's throbbed ever since, now my ear is swollen and painful :\ infection? Any ideas what I should do? Maybe removing the lower one is the best option? The top on is pain free.

They are probably infected... you may need to have them removed
