Probate records are public.

Anyone can go to the court house where your probate court was done and held and find out any and all for the info

If you want to make sure NOBODY knows, have the person who you're going to inherit from, put their assets into a living trust. That way it NEVER is probated by the courts, and NOBODY will know.
