I have 2003 f250 6.0 4x4. I have hard time to crank it, and when it cranks has no power to even move it. If I turn it off and crank it again after many time it run all right but smoke even at idleing. By the way I have a 6 stages edge programer on it.

Try going back to your stock program. The Edge Programmer may be the source of your problems. I'm not a fan of those type of aftermarket products--I've seen and experienced too many problems. Keep it simple and stay stock usually works best.
