Abuse from my neighbours is relentless. Police do nothing. I want to just learn to live with it, but each incident sets up physical and mental distress. I do meditation, prayer, sharing with trusted friends, but sometimes my urge to retaliate is huge.
I know I will be the one to end up in trouble. I am an American living in France.
Anybody got any ideas. I really do not want to sell. It is my only house in Europe and I travel a lot around the globe
