I have a Amd Sempron Desk top . It is not working, Power light is blinking but not booting and no display, Fan is working . Help me please

Usual suspects are video adapter, motherboard, or power supply. If you have a manual for the computer or motherboard see what the blinking light means. With the power cord disconnected and after allowing the motherboard to drain for 30+ seconds, remove and reinstall the memory modules. While the chassis is open also dust everything off well.
