4 days due for the period.How accurate would the home pregnancy be at this time?
I took a HP test yesterday. It came out negative. Can anyone tell what is the best time to take the test and should it be after the missed period or before the period?Could I still be pregnant.
Any help appreciated..

Every woman is different. It depends on your hcg levels, and of course whether you're pregnant.

Wait another week or 2, if you still haven't gotten your period try another hpt, make sure to use first morning urine as it's more accurate.

Thank Q for replying.I am expecting period on or after 6th this month. I read signs for pregnancy and I feel most of them. I have sore nipples and enlarged I noticed the difference in a overnight.Also have constipation,back aches and abdominal pains some times. I am very eager to get pregnant but the test almost made me cry.:(

If you are trying to get pregnant you may be tricking yourself into having symptoms of pregnancy. Try to relax. It will help with the monthly let down until you do conceive. Not a lot of people get pregnant right away.

Remember that PMS and pregnancy symptoms are almost exact.

I know it's nerve racking, you hope so much and start seeing symptoms in everything.

If you are, you are, you just need to wait and test again when your period is actually late.

It's usually the start of your period. If your period doesn't come within a week you can take a HPT using first morning urine.
