My girl friend is on federal probation and I am being told by her that her po is making it hard o her that she cannot se me at all I have no felonies on my recourd and that tis is a test to see if she can follow the rules what can I do to make her stop abouseing her athority against me

My girl friend is on federal probation and she is being told by her probation offier that she cannot see me for now which I have no felonies at all and I am clean I think she is over stepping her bounds and abuseing her athority right now what can I do to get her to stop this

Have your girl friend ask her PO to SHOW her the rules where she is getting her authority to do this. Have her do this by certified mail. If she CAN'T provide a rule, your girl friiend should tell her PO in that same letter that her PO can't make up rules just for her.
