The grout in my new bathroom is suppose to be mocha brown, has become gray and only looks brown when is wet. Why. Hor can I fix it? I has never been used and is clean.

It sounds like another grout problem from Custom's grout bought at the orange place. Boy, they have lots of problems with some of their colors. Some of the colors actually turn white.

The best solution is probably grout stain. Lots of fun.
