My girlfriend and I have been dating for a while now. I know that she know I love her, because I tell her. And she tells me it back. I can't tell if she means it anymore thought. It always takes me to say it first before she says it, and even then I still can't tell. What kind of signs could help me know? Is she losing interest?

To be honest you have only two options, or at least from my vantage point. You can point blank ask her because it probably is going to eat away at you and destroy your relationship. Or you can just start to trust her that she is telling the truth. But if she truly loves you, then asking her won't be a problem.
