    I'm trying to find someone with only a picture, he is dressed as a doctor in the UK, widowed with 6 year old daughter.

    There's a website called

    TinEye Reverse Image Search

    It goes through websites to look for the same picture... and possibly give more info, but if that picture's not anywhere else online, then no.
