I have stupid insecurities that are making me a jealous husband

I am afraid we need more background to be able to give you accurate advice.

In what way do you feel insecure and what have you tried to overcome those feelings? Are they affecting your marriage? If so, to what degree? Is your wife willing to work with you in helping you overcome your issues?

I told I felt I couldn't satisfy her in bed because of my endowment concerns. She told me I had nothing to worry in that dept. and the sewx was good, but I won't let that go I guess and low self esteem flares up, I get jealous and it has really ruined our marriage. How does a person rid themselves of low self esteem?
