I need to know the correct path the belt needs to go on the pulley to engage the blade. The blade will not engage. I don't think I have the belt on correctly. It is a John Deere Sabre

You did not specify a deck, so about the best I can tell you is to take the OPE by Crigby link below and then John Deere decks to get many pictures
