    Ratio of baking soda/baking powder to plainf flour
    I have an Australian cookie recipe that calls for self raising flour and I do not have any.. what ratio of baking powder should I add to the regular flour to make it "self raising'

    Using a dry measure, measure the desired amount of flour into a separate container.
    For each cup of all-purpose flour, add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
    Mix to combine
