    Can I break my lease for health reasons
    I want to break my lease for health reasons. My doctors think I should be living with someone in case something happens can I do this

    Probably not - I have seen refusals to break a lease because the person goes into a nursing home. I would discuss this with your landlord, be cooperative, explain the situation, ask for options - if you cooperate you may have to pay a minimal fee for advertising (or something like that) but the landlord MAY be sympathetic.

    If the apartment is not the cause, ( such as mold, or other health issues that can't be fixed)

    You can of course ask the landlord to release you, but I don't see where they would be required
