    My Son Is 7 Mos Old And Has A Triangle Of Color Missing In His Pupil,is There A Problem Here?My First Child Was Born Without A Tearduct And We Believe My Son Is Also The Same Way.when Should I Panic?

    I would not say panic. But I would suggest getting him into the doctor and ask the doctor. Preferably an opthomologist.

    Since Eye color usually stabilizes when an infant is around 6 months old, if both of his eyes are not the same color, you should consult with his Physician. Heterochromia (also known as a heterochromia iridis or heterochromia iridium) is an ocular condition in which one iris is a different color from the other (complete heterochromia), or where part of one iris is a different color from the remainder.

    There are no current medical implications so far. However, this may have an effect on his vision, in the effected eye, later on down the road.
