I have a 92 honda civic I chang everything , I open the fuel filter line and crank the engine and their no fuel coming anywhere,

Does the CEL come on and go off after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)?

Honda fuel pumps are extremely reliable and almost never go bad. The problem is, almost invariably, with the electrical system--fuses, ECM, main ECM ground, or main relay. The fuel system is one of the most complex systems on Hondas, which is not understood by many technicians. Serious fuel system problems are probably responsible for more Hondas being "junked" than any thing else.
