Hello to everyone, I am new to this board was trying to find out about an old painting I have , it is small approx 10 3/4 by 8 5/8 without frame 13 3/8 by 11 3/16 with frame. Its of a little town not sure where? My problem is some of the paint has came loose by the signature and I can't make out the artist name? Was woundering if someone on here could help out with the name on this piece? Hope someone can help. Thanks so much... terry ps have pics but not sure how to upload?
