I need help with my outside fan. When I turn my A/C unit on from the inside and walk out to the outside unit, all you can hear is the motor humming. 2 weeks ago I used a screw driver and gave it a spin and it started working. Also, yesterday the fan was making loud whining noises and it won't spin now even with the screwdriver. What could possibly be wrong??

Needs replaced, also when you replace get a capicitor that matches the new motor
